  • Ascora (ascora.com.au): Our job management software. When you submit a form, your contact details and enquiry are stored in Ascora so we can manage your booking and provide service. Ascora stores data in Australia.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (cloudflare.com): We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated spam submissions. Turnstile may collect limited technical data (such as browser type) to verify you are a real person. It does not track you across websites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
  • Microsoft Azure (azure.microsoft.com): Our website and form processing are hosted on Microsoft Azure's Australian data centres.

We do not share your information with any other third parties except where required by law.

5. Data storage and security

Your information is transmitted securely over HTTPS and stored in systems hosted within Australia. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, and disclosure.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations.
