With over 35 years as a plumber across family, medium, and large plumbing businesses, and three years as a building insurance assessor, I have seen the devastating consequences of burst flexi hoses more times than I can count.
Working in insurance assessment exposed me to the real human cost: families displaced for months, businesses forced to close, personal belongings destroyed, and the stress and uncertainty of navigating claims processes.
What struck me most was how preventable every single one of these incidents was. A simple inspection and timely replacement would have avoided all of it. That is why I founded FlexiPro Plumbing.
